Fake Bake’s ‘Glitz and Glamour’ Ball with Lemonade’s Crystal Costume Jewellery

Well the name of the ball certainly didn’t disappoint! On Friday we were treated to an evening of – as promised – Glitz and Glamour at Glasgow’s Blu Radisson Hotel hosted by Fake Bake. The event was all for a good cause, Fake Bake’s ‘Save Your Skin’ campaign raising money for Raft, a charity that helps people with skin disfiguring illnesses and to raise awareness of the dangers of the sun which Lemonade are more than happy to support.

Some of our celeb friends were there to walk the red carpet and have a browse of their favourite Lemonade pieces and the crystal costume jewellery. The Only Way Is Essex’s Amy Childs was dressed in a statement leopard print dress to have a look at her cousin Harry Derbidge’s (in a matching leopard print shirt!) new Spring/Summer pastels range including the crystal shamballa style bracelets which she loved! Nicola McLean popped by as well for a chat and showed off her new sparkly crystal shoe range by Lemonade in a backless diamanté-strapped dress that made us very jealous!

Guests enjoyed a champagne reception and later a four-course meal as well as a silent auction, raffle and an auction with all proceeds going to this amazing cause. Music and entertainment was provided by singing sensation Tallia Storm and pop group NVS performed their new single ’Drop Dead Gorgeous’ and we certainly danced our sparkly shoes off! A big thank you to everyone involved with the campaign and we hope it raised lots of money for the charity.
